This is a picture of a friendship sampler I have joined the past 1 1/2 year
with 7 people we worked on each others sampler.
My choise was a sampler with trees
I have to make a few more trees and the sampler will be finished


Monday I leave for 3 weeks to india ,
Hope to post pictures of the trip when I come back,
so no post till 17 februari

where this quilt was hanging,
I thought it a nice idea to put it on the blog.
I hope that he will be a good president for the hole world.

I used it when I moved to my new house,
for the mailing with my new address.

the 26th of januari I go to India for 3 weeks
together with a friend we both love textile
so I think our suitcase will be full when we
come back.

It is embroidered and quilted I have a collection of them,
new and antique.

The message it says : cooking is made more tiresome for girls because the source of water is far away.

I have it in my kitchen.

I had a question about the scrap quilt the size is 15x15 inch
