DUTCH DARLINGS 2

                                         Again the year is going to quick
                                                 it must be 25 November


                                         Yesterday evening I went to the Dutch Darlings
                                               ( levende klederdracht)documentary
                                        at the IDFA (international documentary film festival Amsterdam

                   It will be on Dutch TV Monday 25 Novemberr  ned 2 at 20.55 till 22.00 hour

    It is so nice to see the old costumes. Is there a story about why they wear the strange head dresses? Any purpose to them? I had the opportunity to attend a workshop with Gwen last month. What a wonderful day!!!

    Yes there is `a story`!
    The head dresses can tell you the following: which part of Holland their wealth or lack of it, their religion and marital status!
