Quilt retreat Gwen Marston (2)

on the way to the quiltshops we saw this beautiful colours every where.
this is a one room schoolhouse.



by us are they brown.


At the show and tell I showed my little baskets and this was the inspiration for other quilters.


The border of this quilt from Susan McCord gave me the idea for my design.

    It was a great time! I can't stop working on my applique! I've also started making hour-glass blocks for around my applique to look like like the ones in your blog header.
