Darning Sampler

I have a small collection of Antique Samplers.

A few weeks ago I found this beauty.
from 1768
Maybe from an orphanage in Amsterdam

    What a lucky acquisition. I just saw a c. 1930's darning sampler on an antique dealer's website and she is asking $1075 (U.S.). Hold on to yours!
